Table Reservation Policy

To provide a convenient experience and ensure the best possible service for all guests, the restaurant applies the following reservation policy.

1. Reservation Methods

Guests can book a table via:

  • Calling the restaurant hotline directly
  • Sending a message through Zalo / Fanpage
  • Filling in the reservation form on the website

After receiving the request, our staff will contact you to confirm the arrival time, number of guests, and any special requirements (if any).

2. Table Holding Time

  • Reserved tables will be held for 15–45 minutes from the confirmed arrival time.
  • If we do not receive notice of a delay, we may prioritize serving waiting guests.

3. Changes or Cancellation

Please inform the restaurant as early as possible if there are any changes regarding:

  • Number of guests
  • Arrival time
  • Cancellation

Early notice allows us to arrange seating and preparation more thoughtfully.

4. Reservations for Large Groups or Events

For large parties, tour groups, birthdays, or gatherings, the restaurant may:

  • Request advance confirmation
  • Agree on the menu in advance (if needed)
  • Arrange a suitable private or separate area

Our team will provide detailed consultation to ensure your event runs smoothly.
